I have dealt with few Mortgage brokers last 10 years. Was always a win lose relationship. Their first priority was to... maximise their commission not that I get the best rates. Some even couldn't do proper calculations and wasted weeks of my time and came back at the last minute claiming that I have misunderstood the numbers.
