Buying at Christmas time meant extra work as we aimed to overcome the slow bank holiday period. Nirosh knew the banks and rates and was very friendly in discussing our possibilities as well as helping us identify our boundaries and ensuring we purchased within them. I have dealt with few Mortgage brokers last 10 years. Was always a win lose relationship. Their first priority was to... maximise their commission not that I get the best rates. Some even couldn't do proper calculations and wasted weeks of my time and came back at the last minute claiming that I have misunderstood the numbers.
